To make idli: Use the batter as is. Apply a few drops of oil on the idli moulds before filling the batter. Steam the idli maker for about 10 - 15 mins and then scoop out. To make dosa: Add little water to get consistency. Heat the pan, pour the batter and apply a few drops of oil/ghee and wait a few mins and then slice it out carefully onto the plate
