
Cheese Paratha Recipe
A delectable Indian flatbread stuffed with a generous amount of cheese, making it a perfect meal for cheese lovers. Ideal for any meal or as a satisfying snack.

A delectable Indian flatbread stuffed with a generous amount of cheese, making it a perfect meal for cheese lovers. Ideal for any meal or as a satisfying snack.
In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour and salt. Add water gradually to form a smooth dough. Knead well and set aside for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll each portion into a small ball.
Flatten a dough ball with a rolling pin and place a portion of grated cheese in the center. Optionally, add chopped green chilies or onions for extra flavor.
Bring the edges together and seal the dough, then gently roll it out into a flat, round paratha.
Heat a tava or skillet over medium heat and cook the paratha until golden brown spots appear on both sides. Apply a little ghee or butter while cooking.
Repeat with the remaining dough and cheese filling.
Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or any chutney of your choice.
