- 1. What is the Kalesh Card Campaign?
The Kalesh Card Campaign is a marketing campaign (Campaign) and will run on 7th Aug 2025 to 9th Aug 2025 (both dates inclusive) on the Zepto Platform. During the Campaign period, each Eligible Customer/User shall receive a card ("Kalesh Card") containing 16 digit code, upon successful completion of their order on the sellers of the Zepto Platform. The Kalesh Card will be delivered by the sellers of the Zepto Platform along with the products purchased by the Eligible User in the order. The Kalesh Card provides the Eligible Customer/ an opportunity to win certain reward (Reward). - 2. Is this Campaign available for all the customers?
All customers who make a purchase of minimum order value or more as may be specified on the Zepto Platform from time to time in an order (as per bill value) will be eligible to participate in this Campaign (Eligible Customers/Users). This Campaign shall not be run for customers placing the orders in Tamil Nadu. - 3. Is this Campaign available for all the customers?

The Kalesh Card comes with a letter that will have the below instructions.
Step 1: After receiving the Kalesh Card, note the 16 digit code mentioned on the Kalesh Card.
Step 2: Go to the website (microsite) : https://www.zeptonow.com/s/kaleshcardrewards
Step 3: Enter the 16 digit code and any provide further details as may be required
Step 4: Post entering code on the microsite, the Reward will be displayed.
Step 5: The User will have to enter their personal details (such as Name, Phone No., Email id, PAN Number, Order ID, code etc) as requested on the microsite for claiming the Reward.
Step 6: The User will then receive an email/communication from Zepto with details of the Reward and process of redemption of the same.
Note: The User may have to follow certain additional steps for completing the redemption formalities.
- 5. What types of Rewards do we have ?
The user may stand a chance to win any of the following Rewards.
Gold:
Winners under this category stand a chance to win luxurious items such as iphones, electronics, and many more.
- Process to claim the Rewards
The User will be presented with a code on the Kalesh Card along with the instructions and website link (microsite) to redeem the code.
Post entering code on the microsite, the Reward will be displayed.
The User will have to enter their personal details (such as Name, Phone No., Email id, PAN Number, Order ID, code etc) as requested on the microsite for claiming the Reward.
The User will then receive an email from Zepto with details of the Rewards and process of redemption of the same.
The User may have to follow certain additional steps for completing the redemption formalities
- Process to claim the Rewards
The User will have to enter their personal details (such as Name, Phone No., Email id, PAN Number, Order ID etc) as requested on the microsite for claiming the Reward.
EaseMyTrip team or its Agency shall contact the User in order to facilitate the said trip.
To and fro travel, accommodation and breakfast expenses for trip for the couple shall be covered under the Reward.
Rest all expenses in the trip shall be borne by the User.
User agrees to provide all personal and other details as may be required by the EaseMyTrip team or its Agency.
User will have to redeem the trip by 31st October, 2025.
Zepto shall not be held liable or responsible for any issues faced by the User in redemption of the trip Reward including cancellations or schedule changes, if any.
- Silver:
Winners under this category shall stand a chance to avail certain additional discounts for purchase of select goods and services from Zepto Platform. The same shall be provided in the form of coupon codes and may be redeemed in accordance with terms and conditions of each coupon and shall expire on 25th August, 2025.
- Bronze:
Winners under this category shall stand a chance to get discounts for purchase of products and services from EaseMyTrip Platform/website. The same shall be redeemed in accordance with terms and conditions of the EaseMyTrip Platform/website and shall expire on 31st October, 2025.
General terms & conditions
- The Campaign shall be effective from 7th Aug '25 to 9th Aug’25 till the stock of Kalesh Card lasts.
- Zepto is not responsible for any technical glitches which the Users may face while inserting their details on the microsite
- Zepto shall not be responsible if the User does not get the Reward of his/her choice. No claims shall be entertained in this regard.
- Users may be required to display their Kalesh Cards and the codes/Reward thereon to Zepto, its Sellers or to the Agency. Users agree that Zepto/Sellers shall have the discretion to reject the Rewards in case of any suspected or actual misuse or fraud or abuse by the Users and the decision of Zepto, its Sellers shall be binding and final.
- Users are required to cooperate fully with Zepto/Agency/Sellersand also provide all the details and documents as may be needed for the purpose of redemption.Users shall be responsible for any noncompliance or other issues created by them at the time of redemption of Rewards.
- Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by them.
- Users agree that they may not receive the Reward in case of unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure situations.
- The Campaign is limited to a maximum of three redemptions per User.
- All the codes provided on the Kalesh Card for the Gold and Silver and Brinze Category winners should be redeemed before 25th Aug 2025, post that the same will be considered expired and not available for redemption.
- Zepto Employees are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
- The User bears full responsibility for safeguarding and preserving the code/s until it has been successfully redeemed. Zepto is not liable for any loss or damage to the Kalesh Cards.
- Zepto reserves the right to decide whether or not an User is eligible for the Campaign in its sole discretion.
- By participating in the Campaign, Users give their consent to Zepto to share their personal information including name, phone number, email id etc with the authorized Vendor/Agency/Brand Partner.
- Winners cannot choose specifications including (without limitation) color, size or grade of the Reward.
- No cash alternative to the Reward will be offered. The Rewards are not transferable and/or exchangeable.
- here the value exceeds the exemption limit under Income Tax Act, 1961, winner shall bear all applicable taxes including but not limited to income (withholding) tax and any other statutory levy as may be applicable from time to time in relation to the Campaign.
- All queries with respect to the Campaign shall be sent to support@zeptonow.com with the subject line ‘Kalesh Card Campaign'. All endeavors shall be made to address your queries. However, it is clarified that no response shall not be construed as a deficiency or an act of omission on the part of Zepto.
- Zepto is not responsible for the quality and performance of the Reward. In case of any queries related to the quality and performance of the Reward, Users are advised to contact the Agency or Brand Partner facilitating the Reward delivery/redemption. All complaints pertaining to quality or defects of the Reward shall be directed to the Agency or Brand . These Complaints shall be dealt with in accordance with the policies of the Agency or Brand Partner as the case may be.
- Users also agree to fully adhere to the additional terms and conditions of Agency or Brand Partner that may be applicable for the purpose of claiming the Reward.
- Zepto shall have the right to modify or/and withdraw the Campaign without prior notice.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.
- These terms are in addition to the Zepto Terms of Use, Privacy Notice and not in substitution.
