Black Pepper, Cassia Leaf, Citric Acid, Chilli, Clove, Coriander, Cumin, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Dried Ginger, Iodized Salt, Nutmeg, and Turmeric
Marinate, clean and cut pieces of 500 g meat for 2 hrs in a mixture of 2 onions ground to a fine paste, 1 tsp Everest Ginger-garlic paste, 4 tbsp strained curd and salt. Heat 4 tbsp oil and fry 2 sliced onions till crisp. Add marinated meat, 3 tsp Everest Nattu Meat Masala, Everest Tikhalal Chilli Powder and salt to taste. Stir for 5 min. Add 2 cups water. Pressure cook for 10 min. Remove from fire. Serve warm with rice or bread (roti/naan)
