1. Heat - Add the noodles to a pan of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes, rinse in cold water, drain and set aside. 2. Sizzle - Get your wok smoking hot and add your tofu, frying until cooked through. Add the fresh ingredients and stir fry for 4 minutes. 3. Stir - Add the noodles to the wok and stir through the Chow Mein sauce, stir frying until the sauce has coated all noodles, protein and veg. Serve with the spring onions sprinkled on top
