cooking instructions
Make a batter with 1 pouch hot garlic fry mix and 5 tbsp water (75ml). Coat your protein/vegetable (250g) of choice in the batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden, crispy and cooked. Heat a pan/wok, add the sauce and diced onion and capsicum (100 g) and saute for a few seconds. Add 1/4 Cup (60ml) water, mix well and bring it to a boil. Add the fried protein/vegetable and toss till it is coated with the sauce. Garnish with spring onions and serve it hot
