Take the capsule as directed by your physician, usually 1-2 times daily. It can be taken with or without food. Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water. If you are taking this to prevent diarrhea while on a course of antibiotics, it is generally safe to take it at the same time as the antibiotic dose due to its unique resistance properties.
