Genericart Hydroquinone 2% W/W,Tretinoin 0.025% W/W,Mometasone Furoate 0.1% W/W Cream is a gold-standard triple-combination therapy for moderate-to-severe melasma and hyperpigmentation. Hydroquinone acts as a skin-bleaching agent by inhibiting tyrosinase to block melanin production. Tretinoin (Vitamin A derivative) accelerates cell turnover, exfoliating pigmented cells and enhancing the penetration of Hydroquinone. Mometasone Furoate, a medium-potency corticosteroid, reduces the inflammation, redness, and irritation often caused by the other two active ingredients.
