Steam: Grease a steamer. Steam 5 frozen momos for 7 mins. Keep the rest back in the freezer. Pan Fry: Heat 2 tbsp oil. Sear 5 frozen momos for 2 mins. Add 2 tbsp water, cover and cook for 3 mins. Let the base crisp before serving. Deep Fry: Heat oil at 175°C. Fry 5 frozen momos for 3 mins till golden and crisp. Stir occasionally. Microwave: Place 5 frozen momos in a microwave-safe tray. Microwave on medium for 3 mins. Time may vary by oven
