Deep Fry: Preheat oil in kadhai/pan (temperature up to 175°C). Take out HyFun Sabudana Patty from freezer. Fry directly, do not thaw. Put desired quantity gently in hot oil, flip or turn patties in hot oil at intervals. Deep fry for 3 mins until light golden colour. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Take out HyFun Sabudana Patty from freezer. Do not thaw. Arrange Sabudana Patty in a single layer on frying tray. Air fry for approximately 12 - 15 mins till light golden colour. Shake couple of times in between
