cooking instructions
Heat a dosa pan on medium flame, sprinkle water and once water evaporates grease the pan with oil/ghee. Pour a ladle of batter in the pan and spread it evenly in circular motion. Add little oil on sides and sprinkle on top of dosa. When the dosa turns golden brown, flip the other side and cook until done
