cooking instructions
Bring the batter to room temperature before using. for idli: Use batter directly without adding water. Don't completely fill the mould, leave space to become fluffy and soft. for dosa: Add little water (around 100 ml for 1 kg) to get desired consistency. Mix well with bare hands for 1-2 mins. After tawa has cooled down properly, gently spread the batter then put the flame from medium to high to cook it. After making dosa, keep the tawa away from the flame and wipe it with a wet cloth to cool it down
