cooking instructions
1. Heat the oil. Add the cumin seeds and onion. Sauté till the onions are golden brown. Add the ginger and garlic paste. Cook until brown
2. Mix the turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Add water. Add to the pan and cook for 5 minutes on a low flame
3. When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, add the thawed Safal Frozen Sweet Corn followed by salt to taste
4. Add two cups of water. Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 - 12 minutes
5. When the corn is tender and the gravy is almost dried, add a little cream. Garnish with green coriander and serve hot
