How to Make Onion Bhaji (Pakora)

Slice the onions and place them in a large bowl.

Add salt to onions and mix well. Set aside for 5 minutes.

In the same bowl, add chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and cumin seeds.

Gradually add water to form a thick batter that coats the onions.
