How to Make Palak Kofta

Blanch spinach leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and refresh in cold water.

Grind the blanched spinach into a smooth puree.

Mix cottage cheese, half of the gram flour, finely ground spinach, green chili, ginger, and salt to prepare the kofta mixture.

Shape the mixture into small balls and coat with remaining gram flour.
