Do not swallow rotacaps. Follow the instructions on the label. Place the capsule in the rotahaler base not the mouthpiece then twist the mouthpiece fully until you hear a click. Inhale deeply through the mouthpiece and hold your breath for about 10 seconds. If any powder remains, repeat the inhalation.
