Place the parota on a moderately hot tawa. Cook for a minute on each side. Now apply oil or ghee on each side of the parota. Cook on medium flame for a few more minutes till it turns golden brown. Now remove it from tawa. for flaky texture gently crush the outer ends of parota towards the centre
