Trancaps should not be swallowed. Read the label carefully before use. Place the capsule at the base of the transhaler, not in the mouthpiece. Twist the mouthpiece fully until you hear a click, then inhale deeply through it. Hold your breath for up to 10 seconds. If any powder remains, repeat the steps.
