cooking instructions
Clean and wash 125g urad sabut dal and 25g rajma. Soak overnight. Add 8 cups of water and pressure cook with 1 tsp salt. Mash dal, add ghee/oil, ginger-garlic paste, and fry. Add tomato paste, masala, and cook. Add boiled dal, simmer, add cream and butter, simmer again. Garnish and serve
