Clotrimazole (1%w/w)

An antifungal medicine used to treat and prevent fungal skin infections such as ringworm, athletes foot, and sweat-rash. It works by stopping the growth of fungi on the skin and helps reduce itching, redness, and irritation. It is applied to clean, dry skin. Possible side effects include mild burning, redness, or temporary skin irritation.

Delivers direct, broad-spectrum imidazole action to eliminate ringworm, jock itch, and athlete's foot, suppresses intense localized itching, burning, and skin scaling, and utilizes a soothing cream base to promote rapid structural skin barrier healing.

Localized Skin Redness (Erythema) or Mild Irritation, Burning or Stinging Sensation Upon Application, Skin Peeling, Flaking or Scaling, Pruritus (Mild Itching), Edema (Mild Localized Swelling), Contact Dermatitis or Skin Blistering (Rare)

Cleanse the affected skin area thoroughly with a mild soap and water, and pat it completely dry before application. Smooth a thin, even layer of the cream over the infected skin and extend it slightly onto the surrounding healthy skin margins, typically rubbing it in gently twice daily (morning and evening) or exactly as directed by your dermatologist. Wash your hands thoroughly immediately after application to prevent spreading the fungus. Crucially, do not cover the treated skin with tight, airtight occlusive dressings or plastic bandages unless explicitly instructed by your physician, as trapped moisture will rapidly accelerate fungal growth and worsen the infection.
