1. Wash and Soak 250 g of Seeraga Samba Rice for 20 - 30 minutes 2. in A Pressure Cooker, Add The 250 g Biryani Paste and Saute It on A Low Flame for A minute 3. Add Appropriate Quantity of Protein of Choice (Approx. 500 g) and Mix with The Paste for A minute 4. Add 375 ml (1 1/2 Cup) Water and Bring It To A Boil 5. Strain The Soaked Rice and Add It To The Cooker, Check Salt and Adjust, If Needed 6. Cover The Pressure Cooker and Cook It on Medium Flame for 2 Whistles and Turn Off The Flame 7. Let The Steam Reduce Gradually and Allow It To Rest for 10 - 15 minutes 8. Open The Cooker, Pour Over The Seasoning Oil and Fluff The Biryani Rice Gently
