how to use
Take one capsule once or twice daily, ideally 30 minutes before a meal. For optimal results, swallow the capsule whole with a cool glass of water. Important: If you are taking antibiotics, take this supplement at least 2 hours before or after your antibiotic dose to maximize bacterial survival. However, since the Saccharomyces component is a yeast, it will not be affected by antibiotics. Do not mix with very hot food or liquids, as heat can deactivate the live cultures.
