Dubinor Tablet contains Pregabalin, Nortriptyline, and Methylcobalamin, used for the treatment of chronic neuropathic pain and nerve damage conditions. Pregabalin reduces excessive nerve signaling by modulating calcium channels in the central nervous system. Nortriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant, enhances descending inhibitory pain pathways by increasing serotonin and norepinephrine levels. Methylcobalamin (active Vitamin B12) supports nerve regeneration by promoting myelin sheath repair. Together, they provide a comprehensive approach to neuropathic pain by reducing nerve excitability, modulating pain perception, and repairing damaged nerves.
