Pan Fry: Heat on medium flame for 3 - 4 min on a preheated tawa. Flip every 30 sec, add 1/2 tsp of oil or butter to the sides of the tawa. Press gently till both sides turn light brown. Oven: Preheat oven to 200 - 220°C. Lightly brush both sides of the naan with oil or butter. Bake for 2 - 3 min and flip the naan. Bake further for 2 - 3 min till it turns light brown. Naan can be heated without oil or butter
