1. Heat on medium flame for 3-4 mins on a preheated tawa 2. Flip every 30 sec, add 1/2 tsp oil/butter to the sides of the tawa 3. Press gently till both sides turn light brown Oven method: 1. Preheat oven to 200-220°C 2. Lightly brush both sides of the naan with oil/butter 3. Bake for 2-3 mins and flip the naan 4.
