how to use
Apply a small amount of the gel onto a soft-bristled toothbrush and brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes, twice daily, or apply locally to the sensitive tooth with a clean fingertip as directed by your dentist. Spit out after brushing and do not swallow.
