Post 30 min soaking, boil 120 g rice with salt and whole spices until 90% cooked. Mix biryani gravy, seasoning, and 60 ml water in a pan. Add 150 g protein (veg/meat) and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 2-3 mins on medium flame. Layer cooked rice to gravy, add 1 tbsp ghee and garnish with fried onions, mint, and coriander
