cooking instructions
Cook: ½ cup rice + ¼ cup toor dal + 1 cup vegetables + 3 cups water in a pressure cooker, keep aside. Heat: 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add ¼ tsp mustard seed + 1 tbsp cashewnuts + curry leaves + 1 diced onion + 1 diced capsicum. Saute well. Add: 1 tsp MTR Bisibele Bhath Masala powder + 3 tbsp tamarind pulp (1:5, tamarind: water) + salt to taste
