Cook 3 tbsp toor dal + 3 cups water + 40 tamarind pulp + 1 chopped tomato. Add MTR Rasam Powder (1.5 tbsp), jaggery (1 tsp), salt to taste. Cook for 5-7 mins. Add mustard, curry leaves and asafoetida sauteed in ghee. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
