Heat 3 tbsp oil. Add 1/4 tsp mustard seed, 1/2 tsp chana dal, 1 tsp cashew nut, 1 cut green chilli, and 1 tbsp grated copra. Saute. Add 3 cups cut brinjal and 1 pinch turmeric powder. Saute well. Add 4 tsp MTR Vangi Bhath Powder, 3 tbsp tamarind pulp (1:5 tamarind:water), 1/2 tsp jaggery, salt, and 1/4 cup water. Cook well. Add 3 cups of cooked rice. Mix well
