Clean nose by blowing in erect posture. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. Squeeze bottle once and inhale the droplets. Alternatively, tilt head back while lying down or sitting and turn the bottle upside down allowing 2-3 drops into the nostril. Repeat for other nostril.
