Instill the prescribed number of drops into each nostril two to three times daily, or as directed by your physician. Tilt your head back slightly during administration, stay clear of touching the dropper tip to your nose, and limit usage to a maximum of 3 to 5 consecutive days to prevent rebound congestion.
