Paracain Ophthalmic Solution is a rapid-acting prescription topical ophthalmic local anesthetic indicated for numbing the eye's surface during clinical procedures. It temporarily blocks nerve conduction to allow painless examinations and minor surgeries.

how to use
This medication must be administered exclusively by an eye care professional in a clinical setting; it is not for self-administration or home use. One to two drops are instilled directly into the eye just before the procedure. Do not touch or rub the anesthetized eye until the numbing effect has fully worn off to avoid accidental corneal scratches, and wear dark sunglasses if your eyes become sensitive to light.
