Preheat oven at 180 C. Grease and line a cake tin. Empty contents in a bowl and add 150 ml (cup) water and 15 ml (2 tbsp) oil. Mix at slow speed for 1 - 2 mins until no lumps remain. Scrape sides to center for even mixing. Mix at medium speed for 2 - 3 mins. Pour batter into tray, filling no more than full. Bake for 30 mins until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool for 5 mins before inverting
