Dry roast dried coconut and cumin seeds till brown. Add ginger, garlic, and green chillies to it and grind to a paste. In a pan, saut cumin seeds, asafoetida & curry leaves. Add chopped onions, and fry till brown. Then add the ground paste, Tablespoon Goda Masala, vegetables and rice, and saut for 2-3 min. Add 2 cups of hot water and salt. Cover the vessel & cook till the rice is done. Garnish with freshly grated coconut, coriander leaves and fried cashew nuts. Serve hot with ghee and lime
