how to use
Take one tablet daily exactly as directed by your physician, preferably at bedtime. Taking this medication with or after a low-fat snack helps reduce gastrointestinal discomfort and minimizes the severity of flushing. Swallow the extended-release tablet whole with a glass of cool water; do not crush, chew, split, or dissolve it, as breaking the tablet will disrupt the specialized slow-release mechanism and increase the risk of severe facial flushing, dizziness, and stomach distress. Avoid hot beverages, spicy foods, and alcohol close to the time of taking this dose.
