how to use
Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water, ideally taken on an empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal) to achieve maximum iron absorption. However, if mild stomach upset or nausea occurs, it can be taken immediately after a light meal. Crucially, avoid taking the capsule concurrently with tea, coffee, dairy products, antacids, or calcium supplements, as they contain compounds that bind to iron and significantly impair its intestinal absorption. Space these items by at least 2 hours.
