How to Make Chana Sundal

Rinse and soak the chickpeas overnight or for at least 8 hours.

Drain the soaked chickpeas and add them to a pressure cooker with water and salt. Cook for about 3-4 whistles or until soft.

Drain the cooked chickpeas and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter.
