How to Make Chole Bhature

Rinse the chickpeas thoroughly and soak in water overnight.

Drain the chickpeas and transfer to a pressure cooker. Add water, salt, tea bag, and cook under pressure for about 4-5 whistles until they are soft.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, and after they splutter, add onions and fry until golden brown.
