Boil water in a large pot and briefly blanch the cauliflower florets for about 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix together corn flour, all-purpose flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and yogurt to make a smooth batter. If the batter is too thick, add a little water.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Dip each blanched cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is well coated.
Carefully place the coated cauliflower into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Remove the florets from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve hot, garnished with lemon wedges and onion slices.
