Gobi Manchurian is a popular Indo-Chinese dish where crispy cauliflower florets are tossed in a spicy, sweet and tangy Manchurian sauce. It's perfect as a starter or as a side dish with fried rice or noodles.

Gobi Manchurian is a popular Indo-Chinese dish where crispy cauliflower florets are tossed in a spicy, sweet and tangy Manchurian sauce. It's perfect as a starter or as a side dish with fried rice or noodles.
Combine cauliflower florets with corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and water to make a batter. Mix until the florets are coated.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the coated florets until golden. Drain and set aside.
In another pan, heat oil, add garlic, ginger, spring onions, and green chilies. Saute for a few minutes.
Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, and vinegar to the pan and mix well.
Add about ¼ cup of water to the pan and bring the sauce to a simmer.
Add the fried cauliflower to the sauce and toss to coat.
Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot.
