In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
Add chicken breasts to the marinade and ensure they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in the hot skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
