In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, salt, and oil to make the marinade.
Add paneer cubes, bell peppers, and onions to the marinade and gently mix to coat all the pieces evenly. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat your grill, skewer the marinated paneer and vegetables alternately on bamboo skewers.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the paneer is golden brown and the vegetables are cooked through.
Serve hot garnished with lemon wedges and sprinkled with chaat masika.
