Fresh homemade ravioli filled with a creamy cheese blend, cooked to perfection and served with a rich tomato sauce.
Prepare the ravioli dough using flour, eggs, and olive oil.
Mix ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, and basil in a bowl for the filling.
Roll out the ravioli dough and place small amounts of the filling on the dough.
Cover the filling with another layer of dough. Seal the edges and cut into individual raviolis.
Boil water in a large pot, add salt and cook the ravioli for about 4-5 minutes until they float to the top.
In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, and basil, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve the cooked ravioli topped with the tomato sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
