Savory and hearty burritos filled with spiced chicken, beans, and cheese, wrapped in soft flour tortillas, perfect for a fulfilling meal.
Cook the chicken in a pan until it is fully cooked and shred it.
In the same pan, add onions and garlic, cooking until they are soft.
Add the cooked chicken back to the pan along with tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes until well combined.
Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet to make them pliable.
Assemble the burritos by placing a spoonful of chicken mixture on each tortilla, followed by a spoonful of beans and a sprinkle of cheese.
Fold the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly to close the burritos.
Heat a skillet and toast the burritos until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
